MIAMI, FL — [10/21/26] — FEAM Aero, a leading provider of aircraft line maintenance and MRO services, today announced the unification of its European operations under the new regional identity, FEAM EMEA.
The move brings the company’s European operations, including BOSA and Northern Aerotech, together under the FEAM Aero brand, strengthening the company’s presence across the Europe, Middle East and Africa region.
FEAM Aero first expanded into Europe through the acquisition of BOSA, followed by the acquisition of Northern Aerotech in 2022. Together, these operations have expanded FEAM Aero’s capabilities and network across the region, supporting airline customers with line maintenance, AOG support, structural repair, technical support and other specialized maintenance services.
“Bringing our European operations together under the FEAM Aero name is a natural next step in the continued growth of our global organization,” said Dan Allawat, Chief Operating Officer at FEAM Aero. “BOSA and Northern Aerotech have built strong teams, capabilities and customer relationships across the region. FEAM EMEA allows us to bring those strengths together while providing a more unified experience for our customers and partners.”
FEAM EMEA will continue operating with the same focus on quality, safety, technical expertise and customer service that has defined its European operations. The regional organization will leverage the broader FEAM Aero network and capabilities while maintaining the local expertise and relationships that support customers throughout the region.
“While the name is changing, our commitment remains the same,” said Mandeep Rana, Director of Sales & Marketing EMEA. Our customers will continue to work with the experienced teams they know, now with the added benefit of being part of the wider global FEAM Aero network.”
The FEAM Aero brand will remain unchanged globally, with the FEAM EMEA identity serving as the regional designation for the company’s EMEA operations.
FEAM Aero provides aircraft maintenance services across a global network, including line maintenance, On-Wing AOG support, technical services, major repair and recovery, base maintenance and modifications. The company supports a broad range of commercial and cargo aircraft and provides maintenance solutions designed to help customers reduce downtime and maintain fleet reliability.
