FEAM Aero begins the new year with two major appointments in their top leadership roles. Longtime aviation professionals Dan Allawat and Wayne Sisson have been appointed Chief Strategy Officer and Chief Operating Officer, respectively.
Dan Allawat, previously FEAM’s COO, will take on the role of Chief Strategy Officer where he will oversee Business Development, Marketing, Technical Services, Technology, FEAM’s International Expansion, and the diversification and growth of new business lines.
Vice President of Technical Operations, Wayne Sisson has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer focusing on Safety and Quality, Talent Acquisition, Technical and Business Operations, and the UK BOSA Operations team.
President of FEAM, Cam Murphy proudly explains, “As FEAM continues to grow in terms of size, clientele, and capabilities, we are constantly right-sizing the organization in relation to growth. Promoting Mr. Sisson to Chief Operating Officer allows him to build on his success as the Vice President of Technical Operations, and provide crucial leadership within the day-to-day operations of the company. Simultaneously, we’ve put Dan Allawat in a position to support our continued growth, where he will oversee the company\’s ongoing and future strategic initiatives.”
